What you need to know before connecting with me.

Fees

Individual session (50 minutes) 

$120 per session paid by credit card, cash or check

Due at the beginning of every session

Therapy boot camp (5, 50 minute sessions and up to 3, 15 minute coaching calls)

$600 per boot camp (5 sessions and 3 coaching calls) paid by credit card, cash or check

Due at the beginning of boot camp

Workshop (Varies)

Workshop fees vary depending on the length of time of the workshop. Please see our workshops page for upcoming event details.

Insurance 

I am currently an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO  insurance. This means your insurance will pay for a majority of my therapy fees. You will be responsible for a co=pay, and you may be responsible for meeting a deductible. Each insurance plan is different, so we will work together to verify your benefits. I am happy to discuss this with you further during a free fifteen minute phone or in-person consultation session. 

For all other types of insurance, I am considered an out-of-network provider. You will be responsible for paying my full fee, and your health insurance company may reimburse you. I am happy to provide a monthly receipt of services should you request one.      

Policies

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made by phone at least twenty four hours in advance of your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $80. If you do not contact me to cancel your appointment and you do not come for your appointment, you will be charged for a full session.
